あふれる雇用; overflowed employment

インドにはいらない仕事がたくさんあります。
というのも、あくまで日本人の目線から。

一番多いのが、お店のドアの開け閉めをするセキュリティーチェックの人。
セキュリティーチェックとは言っても、ただ本当にドアを開け閉めするだけ。
スーパーやショッピングモールの中だと、レシートを見て
支払いしたかどうかを確認します。

あとは自動の駐車券機械があるのに、そこから駐車券を出して
わざわざ渡してくれる人・・・笑

トイレに一日中座り、お客さんが用を足すごとに掃除する人・・・

レストランでもお客さんの数に対して店員が多すぎる・・・
日本だったらまず人件費削減のため、店長は頭をひねって
シフト調整をしてなるべく人を少なくするはずです。

工事現場でも、１つの作業のところに５人が集まり、手を動かしてるのは１人だけ・・・
それでみんなで話しています。
イタリア人と違うところは、２４時間ずっと仕事をしている点。
彼らは恐らく工事現場に住み、そこで働いているのです。

とにかく人が溢れているインド。
急激に発展しているために、雇用も溢れています。
特に工事現場や、セキュリティ、メイドさんなどは賃金が安いため、仕事もたくさんあるようです。
だけど、日本と同じで、大学を出たような人にとって
仕事内容と対価の良い給料をもらおうと思ったらなかなか仕事を探すのも難しいらしい・・・
なかなかうまくいかないもんだね。。。

There are many unneeded job in India.
.....from Japanese point of view.

One of the most poplar works is a security check.
They just open and close a door.
In the supermarket or shopping mall., they check a receipt to confirm
if the customer has payed.

The other one is the person who pick a parking stub up from machine and give it to us
though there is well-working automatic machine.

The person who sit in the toilet and clean toilets every time after
the customer do the business...

I saw some servant who had nothing to do.
In Japan, a restaurant manager will try to cut personal expenses
as much as possible.

Also in the construction site, 5 peoples gather in the one place though
only one of them works and the others chat.
Unlike Italy:P, they work for 24hours.
They may work there and live there.

Anyway,　the people overflow in India.
Because of an abrupt development, employments also overflow.
In particular, The wages like in construction side, a security check and a housemaid are cheap
so there are a lot of chance for working.
However, it is a little bit difficult to find a good job with good payment for the young people who just have graduated from university same as in Japan.
Well, you can't win them all...
